Zubair gave us the tour and explained everything perfectly and very clearly. He was very knowledgeable and gave us a lot of information regards the hotel and the whole holiday scheme. We had a really good presentation by Christina from Mexico. She was friendly, professional and easy to talk to. It was a pleasure to meet Christina with her great customer service skills and warm nature. The scheme itself sounds like a timeshare and seems decent if you like the idea, but you're essentially lured into speaking to the company through the promise of free lunches and transport to and from your hotel to discuss ' the promotion of Hilton hotel'. If you're interested in these schemes continue with your intrigue, but please be aware that this takes up a lot of your day and you must be ready to sign on the day. The helpful staff provided us with first-rate support before, during, and after our stay. You may see breathtaking vistas wherever you turn. The location of the hotel was excellent because there were so many things to do close by. The hotel offers excellent, spacious rooms. Overall, great service and a positive encounter.
